With a reach of multiple storeys, our boom mounted trucks assist us with a multiple range of benefits. Including the ability to efficiently and effectively reach some of the most inaccessible areas on your property. Ease of access to the property gutters, roof or balconies, we make sure there is no need to worry about muddy boots through your complex.

All of our truck and boom drivers are required to hold a valid class 2 and EWP license before machinery operations. You can be rest assured that only the experts will be in operations at your property.

Scissor lift

Here at The Building Wash Company we own our very own scissor lift. Operated by our fully licensed EWP drivers, like our cherry picker truck this allows us to access many hard to reach surfaces and platforms. With the added benefit of assisting us with internal warehouse and window cleaning.

Not only does regular gutter cleaning protect your industrial property from unwanted leaks and damage caused by leaf and dirt buildup. It prevents any unattractive, unwanted vegetation growth and grimey leaf buildup. 

In conjunction with our commercial  gutter clear service we also offer a downpipe blockage check. We will check that water is running freely through your entire drainage system from the roof to the drains or rain water tank. If we find anything unusual we will report  for your peace of mind.
